I met up with these great folks from The Living Graphic Novel last week at ROMOCOCO and Denver Comic Con.  They integrate theater, comics, and language arts to make these fabulous little photo-comics.  Find them on Facebook or check out their website.

Hello to those of you who found there way here from my cards I passed out in Denver.  This post is mostly a place holder to prove that this blog did not die.

I had a fabulous time in Denver, and I will hopefully have my lecture slide posted by the end of the week. 

In the meantime, I have a daughter that has managed to strap herself into her booster seat and I am back to teaching this afternoon.  Real life resumes. . .

I was doing some research for an animation course I will be teaching in a few weeks and I stumbled upon this great clip of Walt Disney explaining how a Multiplane camera is used to achieve depth in an animated film.  I believe it is from the Wonderful World of Disney TV show.
